Administrators manage accounts and associated devices on the People and Reports screens of the ZixOne Administration Console. By conducting a search, admins will locate information on the ZixOne server that would display in any column on the current screen. The People list or Reports list displays search results, with additional search filters located on the Reports screen.
To search for text in account information:
| 1. | On the People or Reports screen, enter a text string in the Search field. |
| 2. | Select the Search icon. |
To narrow the search:
| 1. | In Search, enter another text string. |
| 2. | Select the Search icon. |
Each additional search compounds with all saved searches, returning records that contain all text strings from the previously saved searches. To remove saved search criteria select the "x" on a search label.
